At Apollo Scholars, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and the smooth operation of our tuition services, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice:
    • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of tutoring sessions. This allows us to offer the time slot to another student who may be waiting for an appointment.
  2. Late Cancellations:
    • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee amount will depend on the specific circumstances and will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
  3. No Shows:
    • If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (a “no-show”), the session will be charged at the full rate.
  4. Communication of Cancellations:
    • Please communicate all cancellations or rescheduling requests directly via info@apolloscholars.co.uk. You can do this via email or through our online booking system.
  5. Exceptions:
    • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
  6. Refunds:
    • Refunds for prepaid sessions that are cancelled in accordance with this policy will be processed promptly using the original method of payment.
  7. Policy Review:
    • This cancellation policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
