Cancellation Notice

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session. By providing advance notice, you allow us to offer the appointment to another student who may require support. Late Cancellations

If you cancel a session less than 24 hours before its scheduled start time, we may charge a cancellation fee. In each case, we will explain any applicable charges clearly when you contact us. Therefore, we encourage students and families to notify us as early as possible whenever plans change.

No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not notify us beforehand, we will classify the absence as a no-show. As a result, we will charge the session at the full rate. This policy allows us to reserve time fairly for all students.

Refunds

If you cancel a prepaid session in accordance with this policy, we will promptly return any eligible funds using your original payment method. Alternatively, you may apply the payment as credit towards another session, provided it is booked within two weeks.
